    Fix contrib/seg's GiST picksplit method.
    
    Fix the same size_alpha versus size_beta typo that was recently fixed
    in contrib/cube.  Noted by Alexander Korotkov.
    
    Back-patch to all supported branches (there is a more invasive fix in
    HEAD).
