    Update .abi-compliance-history for CacheInvalidateHeapTupleInplace().

      [C] 'function void CacheInvalidateHeapTupleInplace(Relation, HeapTuple, HeapTuple)' has some sub-type changes:
        parameter 3 of type 'typedef HeapTuple' was removed
