commit 15ea6d5a2fdc57ef14ebf2c06f4f7392b6599899
Author: Neil Conway <neilc@samurai.com>
Date: Sat Apr 30 08:00:55 2005 +0000
First released in: 8.1.0, 7.2.8, 7.3.10, 7.4.8, 8.0.3

This patch fixes a bug in the error message emitted by pg_restore on an
incorrect -F argument: write_msg() expects its first parameter to be a
"module name", not the format string.
