commit 36e012e727116c629958b95c5aa94da99af31044
Author: Tom Lane <tgl@sss.pgh.pa.us>
Date: Mon Nov 06 17:10:22 2006 +0000
First released in: 8.2.0

Remove temporary Windows-specific debugging code; it seems the problem
with fopen() not using FILE_SHARE_DELETE was indeed the bug we were after,
    given lack of recent reports.
