commit 3f4b1749a8168893558f70021be4f40c650bbada
Author: Heikki Linnakangas <heikki.linnakangas@iki.fi>
Date: Mon Jan 14 22:42:37 2013 +0000
First released in: 9.3.0

Return value of lseek() can be negative on failure.

Because the return value of lseek() was assigned to an unsigned size_t
variable, we'd fail to notice an error return code -1. Compiler gave a
    warning about this.
