commit 3fbf09563f839137e5279a390044a18e400fa074
Author: Tom Lane <tgl@sss.pgh.pa.us>
Date: Tue Sep 05 20:41:22 2017 +0000
First released in: 10.0
Fix psql's --help=commands output line count.
Evidently somebody neglected to update this sometime in the v10 cycle.
Patching REL_10_STABLE only; this value is about to be obsolete in
HEAD anyway. Noted while examining \gdesc patch.
