commit 7127293a5d9f655ce3ec7e009f18bac8d3d0bc1c
Author: Tom Lane <tgl@sss.pgh.pa.us>
Date: Mon Jan 14 19:45:40 2013 +0000
First released in: 9.3.0, 8.3.23, 8.4.16, 9.0.12, 9.1.8, 9.2.3
Add new timezone abbrevation "FET".
This seems to have been invented in 2011 to represent GMT+3, non daylight
savings rules, as now used in Europe/Kaliningrad and Europe/Minsk.
There are no conflicts so might as well add it to the Default list.
Per bug #7804 from Ruslan Izmaylov.
