    Disable some C++ warnings in MSVC
    
    Flexible array members, as used in many PostgreSQL header files, are
    not a C++ feature.  MSVC warns about these.  Disable the
    warning.  (GCC and Clang accept them, but they would warn in -pedantic
    mode.)
