commit 93a5ecc7dfefd6ba9097f83296c8750aeae73de1
Author: Tom Lane <tgl@sss.pgh.pa.us>
Date: Sun Aug 29 15:19:26 2010 +0000

Spotted by Dmitriy Igrishin. Back-patch to 8.2, which is when the PREPARE
