Author: Noah Misch <noah@leadboat.com>
Date: Fri Feb 23 19:24:04 2018 +0000
First released in: 11.0, 9.3.22, 9.4.17, 9.5.12, 9.6.8, 10.3

    Synchronize doc/ copies of src/test/examples/.

This is mostly cosmetic, but it might fix build failures, on some
platform, when copying from the documentation.

Back-patch to 9.3 (all supported versions).
