commit aa3aa94797f9ff6833d42e878817b915fc5c579d
Author: Tatsuo Ishii <ishii@postgresql.org>
Date: Sat Apr 05 22:43:18 2014 +0000
Fix wait_for_pgpool_startup does not work.
It does not execute psql because path to psql was taken from wrong
environment variable. So the function always retires for 20 seconds
hopelessly and regression test takes longer time than it needs.
