commit aafc24abfb4fcaad346f8a8e92a63e1606163323
Author: Tatsuo Ishii <ishii@sraoss.co.jp>

Fix 073.pg_terminate_backend test failure.
The test failed because before pg_sleep(10) finished, pgpool shut down.
As a result, connection counting did not have a chance to count down.
Adding proper sleep in the script should fix the problem.
