- pool_passwdファイルからsr_check_userに指定したユーザのパスワードを取得します。

- そのため、レプリカServiceにぶら下がっている複数のレプリカのうち、
- どのレプリカが遅延しているのかはPgpool-IIが正確に判断できません。
