commit e63d41498837667a4e2e0a4b9416bfda28c722d6
Author: Robert Haas <rhaas@postgresql.org>
Date: Fri Dec 02 13:58:41 2016 +0000

Clarify that pg_stat_activity.query has a length limit.

There was always documentation of the GUC that controlled what the
limit actually was, but previously the documentation of the field
itself made no mention of that limit.
