    Add test cases for:
    
    * getting a bookmark with SQLBindCol,
    * unbinding columns with SQLBindCol and SQLFreeStmt(SQL_UNBIND), and
    * the procedure call "{ CALL ... }", and date, time, and timestamp escape
      syntaxes.
