Subject: remove doc/bug.template?
Date: Mon, 13 May 2019 21:53:58 +0200

I'm not sure doc/bug.template still serves a purpose. There is bug
reporting advice in the documentation, and there is a bug reporting
form. This file just seems outdated. Should we remove it?
