LA Smog (The Movie) (0.7 MEGS)

This is a visualization of a simulation done by the California Air Resources
Board using the EPA's Urban Airshed Model.  It shows the isosurfaces of ozone
concentration for roughly an hour starting at 3pm on an average weekday.  This
kind of work is being used to identify high-emission regions and recommand
abatement policies.  The visualization was done by Dana Haukoos of the SDSC
User Services Group.
