A security patch pushed an hour or two ago turned out to cause
an infinite loop on machines where "char" is unsigned.  Please
check your animals --- if you see a process named "test_escape"
that is consuming 100% CPU, just kill it manually and the
buildfarm script will clean up.  (The script would probably
time out eventually, but maybe not for many hours, and we'd
kind of like to get buildfarm checks of the security fix
done sooner than that.)
