Hi Pradip,
You did not include the server_old table for query_history. Please also
remove the commented code:
+ # db.engine.execute("PRAGMA foreign_keys=ON")
+
+ # db.session.commit()
+
+ # db.engine.execute("PRAGMA foreign_keys=ON")
