Issue 1: https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/issues/9090 SSH Tunnel not
working as Paramiko releases a new version.
Issue 2: https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/issues/9095 Migration was
failing while upgrading to v9.7.
