Thanks, but this does not answer my question. This theme (like the previous
"classic" theme) breaks RHEL 7 builds:

Theme error:
no theme named 'classic' found, inherited by 'pgadmin4'

So, I updated the patch, and used the default theme again in 4.11 RPMs.
