Hi all,

I look the new look/layout introduced in pgAdmin4 v.9. However, there's 
one button which has me mystified - it's greyed out all the time, so I 
can't press it to see what happens.

It's in the vertical toolbar on the left, the fourth button down, and 
has an icon with two rectangles and a couple of arrows inside them.

Any clues as to what it's for? Evidently I haven't managed to hit a 
situation which requires it to be  active....
