Hello Khushboo,

It was happening because of Rosetta got uninstalled somehow after updating
to macOS 15.0.1 (I might have done it myself maybe).

After figuring it out, I installed Rosetta and the older version of pgAdmin
4 which was bundled with PostgreSQL 14.13 runs like before.

Also, I installed the pgAdmin 4 v8.12 which is built for apple silicon I
guess. So, now I don't need Rosetta anyway.
