Hi Pras,

You have installed pgAdmin 4's desktop application. If you want to open the
pgAdmin in the browser then you can use the Python package of pgAdmin 4.
You can find the latest version of pgAdmin 4 desktop application for
Windows OS here: https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-windows/

Uninstall the older version and install the latest one. Please check the
Servers group by expanding, if it is showing you the desired PostgreSQL
server. If not then you can right click on the Servers group and
Register>Server and add the correct connection details in the dialog and
save it.

Now you will be able to see the added server.
