I now need to go to the "State" tab when on the major "Dashboard" tab. When in the "Dashboard/Activity" tab, no processes are shown. I don’t recall when it started but it wasn’t limited to 9.5. The processes tab shows process details of backup, restore, etc run from pgAdmin. You may be looking for something which is there in the System tab of Dashboard. It requires system_stats extension.
