Hello pgadmin team

We are from Cemex IT support, and one of our users is having issues with the tool, he gets the following error: "Unable to connect to server: connection timeout expired"

The server administrator confirms that the server is running fine and the connection is allowed.

Could you please suggest or advise?

Hi Daniel,

The screenshots you shared are broken.
I would suggest trying to increase the timeout. It is possible that the
remote server is taking more time to connect.
