So... happened to stumble upon this somehow... there are a few things that need edits... and I guess the PR is out of date with master. @vlsi -- are you still sort of working on this?

Also, for the "team" -- `pgsql-rus` -- yahoogroups is long gone since Yahoo has discontinued the service. There is however a proper mailing list for this -- https://www.postgresql.org/list/pgsql-ru-general/ -- where such inquiries can be redirected to instead. Alternatively, there are resources at https://rupostgres.org/ as well, so need to update the metadata of the file.

Thank you for putting this all on GitHub and keeping the ball rolling; I dropped the ball a long time ago...
