So, the issues I've found so far are:

- Lack of `Array` support
- Lack of `CallableStatement` support
- No support for qualified or quoted identifiers in `Map<String, Class<?>>` arguments (e.g. `ResultSet.getObject(int, Map)`). Qualification support is necessary, quoted identifiers probably optional?
