Here's the progress:
* I updated the home page
* I've added `troubleshooting` section

TODO:
* Styling pass: make sure the blocks use coherent styles
* Editorial pass: make sure table of contents uses coherent header labels, etc
* Mobile review: make web page shows reasonably on a mobile
