I think this is RHEL 4.

IIRC it is because of old tar version that you used to extract tarball.
I could not reproduce it on my RHEL4 box. You may try updating tar
version and then try again.

Hello,

I am using Windows 10 Professional. I downloaded postgresql-13.1-1-windows-x64 from https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads

After successful installation, when opening pgAdmin for the first time, I get popup

"You are currently running 4.28 of pgAdmin, however the current version is 4.30."

I cannot close the popup and pgAdmin continuously displays spinner and the words "Loading pgAdmin 4 v4.28". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still get the same error.

pgsql-admin is not the pgadmin list (even though they look alike).

Hi,
According to me postgresql 13 is latest version and not stable please

I think this is an incorrect, and baseless, assertion.

How have you determined PG13 is not stable and why?

I also see such popup from pgAdmin, but I am able to close it. Better to
install pgAdmin 4.30, so such popup won't appear and you can continue your
work.
