Postgresql on Fedora gpg key(s) not working/found

i have key installed locally within "/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/"

I have set key within .repo file:

I downloaded key from "../pub/repos/yum/keys/"
https://i.postimg.cc/8C6jzvmS/PGSQL-key-online.png

with "dnf update" i'm getting errors

question 1: is this the correct key (witch package are signed with)

question 2: if yes, how to correctly use gpg key(s) with pgsql repo
