* Newbie learning SQL from udacity

*Greetings to all.*
*I completed the download for postgresql version 14 for Windows 10 64-bit.*
*Since udacity is supposed to be using postgresql, I wanted to compare it
with the downloaded version to learn more. When I tried to open from the
desktop, all I got is the screen shot 1.*
*Screen shot 2 shows the different apps I have for postgresql 13 and 14.
Should I be opening any of these?*
*Any helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated. *

The top screenshot looks to be about *installing* Postgresql 14. In the
bottom screenshot, I see no reference to v13 (but I do see PgAdmin 4).
