I am unable to start EFM = due to the below error.

edb-efm-4.9.service: Control process exited, code=3Dexited, status=3D1/FAI= LURE
edb-efm-4.9.servic= e: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Failed to start EnterpriseDB Failover Manager 4.9.

Below is the startup log.
