Hi Team,

For upgrading the OS from CentOS7 to RHEL8, I plan to create replicas on
RHEL8 and then perform a database switchover. After switchover, I will
rebuild the indexes affected by glibc change in REHL8. Is this a good
option to perform OS upgrades with minimum downtime ?

Postgres version: 15.12
