I became unable to rejoin the cluster after failover, please help..

repmgr node rejoin -f /home/postgres/repmgr/repmgr.conf -d
'host=192.168.56.31 user=repmgr dbname=repmgr' --force-rewind
--config-files=postgresql.conf,postgresql.auto.conf,pg_hba.conf --verbose
