True, but in GMail, there is a drop-down for each message that says
"Show original" which shows the headers. I am not sure what other
suggestion I can give to the original poster.

I had the idea that GMail actually provides an "unsubscribe" button
based on the List-Unsubscribe headers. I don't use it for these
lists, though, so I'm not sure.

Yes, I think you are right, and I only mentioned GMail because that is
the one I could easily check. That web page has a good list of
alternative email clients.

If you don't know that email headers exist, then there are instructions
on the various options to unsubscribe here:
https://lists.postgresql.org/unsubscribe/
You must have been around there to subscribe in the first place
