Thanks - that was helpful. I went with:
* including INSERT ON CONFLICT SELECT RETURNING and eager aggregation
* removing the GRANTED BY section
I'll post the updated copy at the top of the thread shortly as I work
through the rest of the feedback and add in the relevant links.
