The PostgreSQL Community Association wishes to provide an update on tradema=
rk actions that were taken by Fundaci=C3=B3n PostgreSQL.=20

On November 17, 2023, the PostgreSQL Community Association, PostgreSQL Euro=
pe, and Fundaci=C3=B3n PostgreSQL reached a settlement on all outstanding t=
rademark issues. Fundaci=C3=B3n PostgreSQL has surrendered all trademarks a=
nd entered into a trademark license with the PostgreSQL Community Associati=
on.=20

All three organizations are pleased to have reached an amicable resolution,=
 and all will continue to work on activities to help grow the PostgreSQL co=
mmunity.
