These two seem to me like they should be changed; otherwise they=20

The old version sounds a bit colloquial to my ear, so it seems like=20
it may be worth changing.=A0 The problem is, this change doesn't seem=20
like it would generally be a direct substitution; it may require a=20
major reorganization of the sentence.=A0 I think the resulting=20
sentences need to be compared to see which is more clear and=20
concise.

I think these depend on context.=A0 To me, the former scans better=20
when the combination of words is used as an adjective.
