The following documentation comment has been logged on the website:

Description:

the syntax used for update is a bit incorrect
if the syntax used as it is mentioned in the site then the update will be
done only to the last row in the table because of the use of symbol < after
where.
it should be fixed by using the symbol = after where.

First, the symbol used is >.

Then, the text says "... after November 28. You can correct the data as follows:"
Now "date > '1994-11-28'" is quite appropriate for dates after November 28.
There must be a misunderstanding on your side.
