Hi,
According to
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/functions-json.html,
"jsonb_each_text(jsonb)" returns "setof key text, value text", but if you
"pg_typeof(value)" on result it shows "jsonb".

Not here:
=> select pg_typeof(value) from jsonb_each_text('{"foo":"bar"}');
pg_typeof
-----------
text
