Do this:
cd doc/src/sgml/
make postgres.xml
xsltproc http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/epub/docbook.xsl postgres.xml
echo 'application/epub+zip' > mimetype
zip -r postgres.epub META-INF OEBPS mimetype
