This:

is consistent with:

MaxDate AS (
     SELECT
         MAX("Date") AS "MaxDate"
     FROM
         FullWeeks
     WHERE
         "Date" < CURRENT_DATE
)

I don't see how you expect to fetch data from the future when you limit 
the data to the past.
