This needs some clarification:

1) When you say module do you mean package?

2) If 'Server connection to external pages is prohibited ..." how did 
you get the RPM packages?

3) What do you mean by 'disable module 15'?

4)'restore failed' restoring what?

5) What where the error messages from the failed restore?
