Here is the license text, minus the warranty disclaimer:

  Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software and its doc=
umentation
  for any purpose, without fee, and without a written agreement is hereby g=

  paragraphs appear in all copies.

That answers your question with "yes", doesn't it?

The original license must be shipped with the software, so yes,
put it into a file.
