The exact date is not yet determined.
Per [1], the approximate time is "September/October 2025". You might
also look at the date we released previous versions, but there's
absolutely no guarantee that it'll end up being on the same date in
2025 for PG18.
Please also note from [1] the text, "The quality of user testing helps
determine when we can make a final release."
