I would guess =E2=80=9Cwith=E2=80=9D was a typo of =E2=80=9Cwithin=E2=80=9D=
. I agree with changing =E2=80=9Cwith=E2=80=9D to =E2=80=9Cin=E2=80=9D, =
alternatively, =E2=80=9Cwithin=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9Cunder=E2=80=9D may =
also work there.
