I was trying to refer to ResourceOwnerRememberBufferIO(), ResourceOwnerForgetBufferIO(), ResOwnerReleaseBufferIO(), etc. That's basically used to unset BM_IO_IN_PROGRESS when an error occurs while trying to perform IO.
