Wouldn't it be good to add the use of parentheses using posix ? It's useful and rarely documented

        <literal>substring('Thomas', '...$')</literal>

+        <literal>substring('Email: johnjohn@mymail.com, Name: John' from '@(.*), Name')</literal>
