Yes. For example: WARNING:  database "mydb" must be vacuumed within
99985967 transactions

My initial comment was that "IDs remaining" reads more naturally to me
than "ID space remaining," but I'm happy to go with the majority here.
IMHO, no need to spend more cycles on this.
